Technical Notes
I am a keen walker/climber and general outdoor enthusiast and the photography and outdoors go hand in hand.
For many years I carried a compact film camera to capture memories of personal achievements, climbing British mountains, but 10 years ago I decided to purchase a film SLR camera to improve the quality of my images.
More recently with the advances in digital technology I made the difficult choice, took the plunge and turned my back on traditional film photography in favour of the advantages of the modern digital; easier processing, more environmentally friendly (no processing chemicals), simpler storage and viewing.
As the name of Natural High Images suggests, the natural images are true and have no digital manipulation (other than cropping). I rely only on my tripod, a selection of lenses, a polarizing filter and a lot of patience.
